Data Elements
Evidence	Evidences are graphically presented in presentation. Weekly generation of missed appointments and defaulters for tracing improved by 20% from Nov-2019 to Apr 2020. Percentage of defaulted and lost to follow up clients returned to care increased by 23% from Jun 2020 to Jan 2021.
Technology Requirements / Interoperability	QI-PM application is both a mobile and web-based tool that enables EGPAF staff to track site-level QI projects overtime. Global dashboard is available to all staff through Power BI
Calculations / Algorithms
Factors to Scale	The over-arching principle of QI interventions should be data-driven, which is a key strength of the approach but is also a major challenge. On-going challenges: •Scaling up solutions across countries (not reinventing the wheel) •Keeping teams engaged in these processes over time. •Reporting M&E data for donor prioritized over QI data •Allocating resources for investment in app at country level
