1. Practical guides across key areas of identity management.
2. Country progress and examples.

This Toolkit is intended for individuals or organizations involved in patient identity management, whether they are involved in planning or implementing stages. The audience may include ministry officials, implementing partners, program managers or donors interested in the resources and considerations for identity management implementations.​
