Patient Identity Management Toolkit

V0.2The Data Use Community and OpenHIE Patient Identity Management Community expressed the need for a resource that provides:

1. Practical guides across key areas of identity management.

2. Country progress and examples.

This Toolkit is intended for individuals or organizations involved in patient identity management, whether they are involved in planning or implementing stages. The audience may include ministry officials, implementing partners, program managers or donors interested in the resources and considerations for identity management implementations.​The Strawman V0.1 - the initial Google Doc outline of the Toolkit.
