Determine and Document Roles and Responsibilities
Architecture Level Project
Once stakeholders are identified, it is important to confirm the roles and responsibilities among the various stakeholders. It is recommended that there is a clear governance structure and mechanisms are in place to align projects with the architecture.
Recommended Roles:
Enterprise Architect - this role may or may not be a full-time role, but will be needed to ensure that the architecture is documented and that there are processes in place to help projects align with the architecture.
