Determine and Document Roles and Responsibilities

Once stakeholders are identified, it is important to confirm the roles and responsibilities among the various stakeholders. It is recommended that there is a clear governance structure and mechanisms are in place to align projects with the architecture.

Recommended Roles:

  • Enterprise Architect - this role may or may not be a full-time role, but will be needed to ensure that the architecture is documented and that there are processes in place to help projects align with the architecture.
