Technology Requirements / Interoperability	Point care –queues (to track patient care and to know whether patients are missing appointment or missing picking up medications etcetera.) Developed a Mobile app to outreach patients who missed patients and provide community-based health service delivery. This app helps to increase the outreach by tracking the people who lost appointments.
Calculations / Algorithms
Factors to Scale	Patient flags are used for analysis of patient data. It is same as traffic light analogy. Green flag-patient is attending the visits. Orange flag- patient has 3 more chances (like a danger zone). Red flag- Patient lost complete follow up
